Fuel Rate

Dear customers,
We attach monthly report, which we take as the basis for the application of “VPC”
(Fuel price variation).
Surcharge to be applied to the invoice in February 2023:
Diesel price January 2022: €1,347/L
Diesel price January 2023: *1,624 €/L
Difference: €0.277/L = 20.56% increase in fuel cost
Surcharge to apply: 20.56% X 0.30 = 6.17%
The Government of Spain agreed that the difference percentage must be multiplied by 0.20
services in vans, at 0.40 in trailers. In TP we currently apply the average band of
0.30
The surcharge will be studied again when there is a variation of +- 5% on the dispenser price and
