Transparets – Grupo TP Logistics, After more than 35 years serving its clients, its mission is to maintain its commitment to search for Continuous Improvement of all its processes as a Transport Operator and Logistics Operator. This is done to offer our customers a quality service, proposing to exceed their expectations achieving maximum satisfaction. Likewise, there is a commitment to comply with the applicable legislation and regulations at all times.
Clients who have their own quality standards are applied and interact with said clients, in order to improve processes and services.
Transparets It has always been a family business, which favors a teamwork environment, where the spirit of respect and trust between employees and collaborators is fostered. In this sense, we prioritize the awareness of our collaborators so that they follow our work philosophy, always in search of Quality.
The necessary training for all jobs is planned and carried out annually, in order to achieve professionalization and increase the skills of the staff, both of the company’s own staff and of collaborators.
Annually we establish objectives that allow us to control the different processes through the established indicators, seeking to obtain maximum efficiency in all our actions. Management evaluates and provides the necessary resources to achieve these objectives, as well as for the perfect development of each of the existing processes.
